To Pamela,
I know that this has been very tough for all of us. Many times you beg me to give him up. But did it ever occur to you that I , too, have feelings? But now it doesn't matter anymore. I have thought about giving up and now have really given up, although with much reluctance. You asked me to imagine myself in your shoes, how about being in mine? I know you do love him, trust me, you won't lose him now, I promise. There must be someone willing to let go, and i'd rather that be me. May you both be happy and i wish you all the best in whatever you do.
